Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon salted butter
  • 75g Nutworks Maple Pancake Macadamias
  • Drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Sift the self-raising flour into a large bowl and add the sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and eggnog until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg and eggnog mixture into the flour and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the salted butter.
  5. Pour a small amount of pancake batter onto the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
  6. Serve the pancakes warm, topped with a drizzle of maple syrup and Nutworks Maple Pancake Macadamias.
